The Academy
The Academy is group training that focuses on live drills/challenges, shooting, defense, ball handling, and footwork.
What you will access:
- 1 group training session per week (4 total per month)
- Access to the Perfect 10 online training app
Groups: 2nd-6th grade and 6th-12th grade. Limited to 8 players per group.
When?
- Tuesdays, November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
Time?
- 2nd-6th grade: 6:15pm-7:15pm
- 6th-12th grade: 7:15pm-8:15pm
Where?
- Gold’s Gym in Albemarle, NC
