BOOKING TERMS

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/RESCHEULE REQUESTS (EXCHANGES)

All cancellations/refunds/reschedule requests MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to your booked session.

Failure to do so will result in the loss of your right to a refund or to reschedule.  


HOW TO MAKE YOUR REQUEST

All requests must be made in writing via email to: info@perfect10skillsacademy.com, quoting your name and details of your booked session (date, time and session type).  Requests to reschedule your session are at the discretion of Perfect 10 Skills Academy and depend on the availability of sessions.
